Wilma Myers

Wilma J. Myers went to be with her Lord on Monday, July 23, 2018. She was 85 years of age. She was the loving wife of Oscar B. Myers for 68 years. "Wonie" was the daughter of the late William J. and Grace (Neiman) Hartmann. She was born December 28, 1932 in Passaic, New Jersey. She graduated from QCHS Class of 1950 and was treasurer of the class and class reunions. She operated her own Beauty Salon for 36 years. She was a member of West Swamp Mennonite Church and Ebenezer New Reformed Church. She is survived by her husband: Ossie Myers; two sons: Scott L., wife Terri of Telford, Chris W. (Kip), wife Wendy of Quakertown; two daughters: Lynn S. Jackson, husband Randy of Hebron, Maryland & Robin L. Smolinsky, husband Mike of Quakertown; 10 grandchildren: Tara, Tommy, Megan, Missy, Jessica, Jenna, Courtney, Rachael & Michael; 10 great-grandchildren: Kollin, Wesley, Emily, Tanner, Tyler, Skyler, Taylor, William J., Sadie G., & Charlotte, and her two cats "Yoda & Odie"; sister: Kay Martin; sister-in-law: Evelyn Nuneviller, husband Tom and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by granddaughter: Christie; sisters: Marilyn Stever & Lois Buckingham; and nephews: Gary Martin, Lee and Ray Stever & Rex Buckingham. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Friday, July 27 in the Naugle Funeral and Cremation Service, 135 West Pumping Station Road, Quakertown PA 18951 with a visitation beginning at 10:00 am. At the request of the family a private inurnment will be at West Swamp Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Wilma's name to Samaritan's Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607.
