William Foster

William V. "Bill" Foster, 79, of Richlandtown, formerly of Huntingdon, died Tues. Nov. 3rd at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. He was the husband of the late Kathleen (Page) Foster. He was a corrections officer at the Huntingdon State Penitentiary for many years. Born in Huntingdon, he was the son of the late Virl and Leah (Caderwood) Foster. He served in the U.S. Army. Surviving is his daughter, Lisa Bealer, husband Nick of Richlandtown and grandson, Benjamin Bealer. A calling hour will be held beginning at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 6th at Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Rd., Quakertown. Burial will be in Eagle Cemetery, Milesburg.
