William Brunk

William A. Brunk, 67, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018. He was born on May 4, 1951, the son of the late Willis and Juliana (Dowling) Brunk. Bill was the husband of Nancy (Yoder) Brunk for the past 34 years. Prior to retiring in 2011, he was the pastor at Swamp Mennonite Church for 18 years and Rocky Ridge Mennonite Church for 3 years. He was a member of the Franconia Mennonite Conference. He held a bachelor's degree from Arlington Bible College in Maryland and two master's degrees, a Master's in Divinity and a Master's in Theology from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary in Portland, Oregon. In addition to his wife, he is survived by the following: sons William E. and wife Kristen E. and a grandson Luke William of Robbinsville, NJ and Jonathan M. of Philadelphia, brother Martin P. and wife Mary of Lutherville, MD; sister Barbara and husband Frank Eppig and sister Jill and husband Roger See of Finksburg, MD, and 15 nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018, from 6:30-8:00pm at Calvary Bible Fellowship Church, 6782 N. Main Street, Coopersburg, PA 18036. A memorial service will be held in the church at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 23. Interment will be private.
