Walter M. Orlowski, Jr. 71, of Slatington, formerly of Quakertown passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021, in his home. He was the husband of Wieslawa (Kozikowska) Orlowski to whom he was married 11 years this past May 22.

Born in Trumbauersville, August 16, 1950, Walter was the son of the late Walter M. Orlowski, Sr. and Florence V. (Croman) Orlowski.

Walter graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Millersville State College in May of 1973. He began to teach, but later found his passion in Farming. Walter loved agriculture and some of the foods he used to grow were soybeans and corn. He had around a 15-16 acre farm which he would even hold local produce stands. Walter loved all things John Deere. Farming was truly his thing.

Walter followed in his father's footsteps by joining the Trumbauersville Fire Company #1 as a junior member. He was a lifetime member and held several positions in both executive and line offices. Walter held many positions including Assistant Engineer, Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief and Chief. As the fire Chief, Walter was very active in the Bucks County Fire Chiefs Association and the Upper Bucks Fire Chiefs Association. Chief Orlowski will be dearly missed.

Walter was a member of Christ's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Trumbauersville.

In addition to his loving wife, Wieslawa; daughter, Joanna Burda and her husband, Wieslaw of Orefield; grandchildren Bartosz and Katarzyna of Orefield; 3 cousins, Celia Norian, Susan Stefanowski and Barry Sell.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 10:00 AM at the Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA 18951. Visiting hours will be from 9:00-10:00 AM. Inurnment will be held at Christ Church Cemetery in Trumbauersville. Arrangements are by Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service of Quakertown.
