Walter R. Alcott, 77, of Quakertown died Mon. Jan. 3rd at Quakertown Center. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth (Sherdon) Alcott. Born in Lansdale, he was the son of the late William J. and Irene (Morton) Alcott. He worked for Wilson Hardware, Lansdale in sales for 25 years before retiring. Previously he worked at former Windover Nursery, Montgomeryville for 25 years. He served with the U.S. Army. He attended St. Isidore's Catholic Church, Quakertown.
