Thomas Cox

Thomas Cox, 70, of Quakertown, died Sat. Nov. 30, at his home. He was the husband of Sheila (Martin) Cox. Born in Swedesboro, NJ, he was the son of the late Francis and Anna Mary (McDermott) Cox. He worked as a truck driver for Praxair, Inc. for 30 years and achieved 4 million accident free miles. He also served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Florence Masonic Lodge No. 87, Woodbury NJ. He liked to cook, enjoyed boxing and sports, animals, and loved old movies. He is survived by his wife; Sons, Matthew Weachter, wife Stephanie and Nicolas Weachter, fiancé Christine Nyvelt; Daughters; Christina Weachter; Isabella Fowler, husband Charles; Anna Treadwell, husband Heith; Grandchildren; Eddie, Jack, Maci, Ty, and Porter. He was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Davis A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Tues., Dec. 10th at Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral and Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown.
