Stephen Michael Haddon, 70, of Telford, PA, unexpectedly passed away on December 31, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Dartford, Kent, England on October 30, 1954. He and his family moved to America when he was two and half years old. They settled in Pennsylvania. Stephen attended Hatboro Horsham High School, where he met the love of his life, Patricia Kaas, and graduated in 1973. He went on to marry Patricia on November 15, 1975.
In the past, Stephen enjoyed volunteering with the Horsham Fire Company for many years, was an active member of Boy Scouts of America serving as Scout Master, where he positively impacted all around him, and was also an active member at the Moose Lodge of Quakertown. Stephen enjoyed bowling with U.S Gauge League for many years. He finished his career with the Borough of Lansdale where he served 38 years from which he retired. He really loved working with his hands in his shed, gardening, cooking, fishing, hunting, and the gun range. The thing that he loved the most was spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters. Those girls brought him joy and laughter.
Stephen always had a special place in his heart for Ocean City, Maryland where he loved to vacation so he could smell the ocean and hear the waves. He also loved the view of the open land and beautiful mountains of Cody, Wyoming. Above all else, Stephen loved his family deeply and cherished the time spent with them.
Stephen will be dearly missed by his wife, Patty, together they shared 49 loving years of marriage; his sons, Michael Haddon of Telford, PA; Christopher Haddon and his grand-daughters, Jade Haddon and Amber Haddon of Quakertown, PA; his brother Richard Haddon (Sharon) of Nazareth, PA; his sister Thelma Webb of Quakertown, PA; his nieces and nephews, Jamie Haddon, Daniel Haddon, Roseann Plebani and Michelle Horvath; along with his extended family members and friends.
