Sidney Ringel

Sidney Ringel, 93, passed away peacefully on Feb. 17th after a brief illness. He was loved dearly by his wife of 58 years, Iris; two sons, David, wife Grace and Scott, wife Wendy; six grandchildren, Wesley, Megan, Brennan, Sammy, Oliver and Marielle and his extended family and friends. Sid proudly served his country in the Pacific theater in WWII. He was a co-owner of Buy-Rite Auto Parts in South Plainfield, NJ until his retirement. Sid was a Giants, Mets, Knicks and Rangers fan and enjoyed many wonderful times watching games with his sons. Burial will take place in B'nai Abraham Memorial Park, Union NJ. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
