Sandra Moyer

Sandra Lee Moyer, 72, Trumbauersville, passed away Sat., Jan. 15 in Belle Haven Nursing Home surrounded by family & friends and under the great care of Grand View Hospice. She was preceded in death in 2009, Richard W. Moyer, her husband of 52 years. Born in Quakertown, she was a daughter of the late Wilbur and Bette (Reichel) Weitzel. After graduating from Quakertown High School in 1956, she worked most of her career as a banker through mergers and acquisitions' of Sellersville Savings & Loan, National Bank of Boyertown, and National Penn Bank, all at the branch on Broad St., Quakertown, until her retirement in 2004. Sandy will be remembered for her dedication to her family and friends through family Sunday dinners, following her children, grandchildren, nieces & nephews playing sports throughout the years, trips to the Jersey Shore, weekends in the mountains, dinner & gaming at Caesars in Atlantic City, and volunteering in her retirement at Grand View Hospital. She is survived by her three children, Wendy Hafler, husband Steve, Coopersburg, Tim Moyer, wife Sue, of Coopersburg, and JenniferAdams, husband Wellington, Wilmington, NC; her three granddaughters, Krista Hafler and Samantha & Alyson Moyer; her sisters, Linda Harwick (Harold) and Pam Hassler (Ron). She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Richard Lee Moyer. Services will be held Thurs., Jan. 20 in Christ's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Trumbauersville with visitation 9 - 11 AM followed by the service at 11 AM. Interment Christ Union Cemetery, Trumbauersville. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking those interested in making a donation to the Memorial Fund, Christ's Evangelical Lutheran Church, P.O.
