Ryan Kintzly

Ryan C. Kintzly, 21 of Quakertown, died Friday, Mar 4 in Richland Twp. Born in Norristown, he was the son of Kevin C. Kintzly and Tammy (Cassel) Devine. He worked as a communications installer for Infrasource, Inc, a Division of Quanta, Harleysville. Ryan was a "gentle giant". He was strong in build, but having a big heart he stood by the weakest and spoke softly with compassion. A 2008 graduate of Palisades HS, he played football, wrestled, threw discus and shot put with track & field, and competed with the weight-lifting team. He enjoyed nature and the outdoors after being introduced to its beauty early in life by his family. An avid fisherman, Ryan was accomplished at fly fishing and also enjoyed hunting. He advanced his skills at throwing darts and shooting pool. He was a "dyed in the wool" Eagle's Fan and also rooted for the Flyers and the Phillies. Surviving with his parents: step-mother, Christine; brother, Daniel Devine; sisters, Samantha Kintzly , Amanda Devine; step-brother, Matthew Volz; step-sister, Kerry Volz all of Quakertown; paternal grandparents, Charles and Doris Kintzly, Schwenksville; maternal grandparents Robert & Gloria Cassel, Jackson, PA Funeral services will be 10:00 am Sat., March 12 at Jeffrey A.
