Ruth Scott

Ruth M. Scott, 88, passed away on the way to her new home in Quakertown, PA early Mon., Jan. 8, 2018. She was the loving wife of William F. Scott for almost 65 years. Born and raised in Columbus, she was the only child of Frank A. and Mable (Geedy) Molz. Ruth was a graduate of South High School in Columbus. Ruth was employed for many years doing office work for book publishing companies, most notably for Simon & Schuster, Inc. in Columbus. She was an avid collector of dolls. Surviving with William are their children: Sue Howard of Quakertown and Robert Scott, wife Debbie in FL; and grandchildren: Bailey Moore of Quakertown, John F. Scott in CA, William K. Scott and Heather Moore in FL, Sunnie M. Moore and Amanda K. Moore of Quakertown. At the request of Ruth, there will be no services.
