Ruth Povenski

Ruth B. Povenski, age 94, of Quakertown, passed away on January 30, 2022 at her residence. She was the loving wife of the late Joseph Povenski with whom she shared 50 years of marriage. Born in Quakertown, she was a daughter of the late Evelyn Amey.

She graduated from Quakertown High School in 1945.

Ruth enjoyed going to the cabin, walking, gardening, babysitting grand and great grand children, quilting, sewing and baking.

Surviving are her children, Greg (Joanne), Eric (Betty Niemy) and Joe (Kathy), seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her siblings.

You are invited to visit with Ruth's family and friends from 9:30-11:30 AM on Monday, February 7, 2022 at the Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA 18951. Her funeral service will begin at 11:30 AM. Interment will take place at St. Isidore's Cemetery.

Ruth loved flowers and are welcome at her service.
