Ruth Mindler

Ruth Mindler, 90, died Wed. May 22 in Luther Crest, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Paul S. Mindler, Sr. Born in Quakertown, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Lavada (Landis) Schlichter. Ruth was an avid tennis player, playing until she was 80 years old. She loved to knit and sew, and even made her daughter's wedding gown. Surviving; son, Paul S. Mindler, Jr. wife, Ruth, of Coopersburg, daughter Lou Ann Howard, husband John T. IV of Barto, brothers; Ralph and Robert, grandchildren; Christopher, Cory, Taylor, Amanda and Kimberly and great-grandchildren, Bridget, Nicole, Courtney, Sammy, Adriana and Jacob. She was pre-deceased by brother Thomas and sisters Grace Foulke and Sally Thomas. Services will be held Thurs. May 30 at 1:00 pm in the Sellersville Cemetery, 25 E. Church St., Sellersville.
