Ronald G. Procht, 72, of Milford Twp., died Sat., Feb. 18th at St. Luke's Hospital in Allentown. He was the beloved husband of Eleanor (Crouthamel) Procht for the past 50 years. Born in Brooklyn, he was the son of the late Gerhard and Elli (Lehmann) Procht. Ron was a lifetime member of the Trumbauersville Betterment & Social Club and the North Penn Gun Club. He was also a former member of the D&D Hunting Club. With his wife, he is survived by his daughter Bonnie Bright, husband Barry, of Quakertown; granddaughters Tori and Lindsey; sisters Linda Atwood and husband Pete of York and Helga Knox of West Chester; stepbrother Edward Johann and wife Helga of West Chester; and several nieces and nephews. Ron loved his family and adored his granddaughters. He could be found sitting in his garage welcoming friends, neighbors, and especially the little kids in the neighborhood. He loved driving his Farmall H tractor around the block. Ron drove trucks many years for Perkasie Industries and Bracalente Mfg. He will be missed by many. A memorial service will be held at noon on Wed., Feb. 22 at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown. Calling hours will precede the service from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
