Roland P. Amey, 77, of Richlandtown, died Monday, Jan. 28 in his home. Born in Richlandtown, he was the son of the late Roland H. and Mary A. (Perkowski) Amey. He was employed for over 25 years by the former Pan Am Airways in various capacities while living in Miami, FL. From his travels to Europe, including living in a castle in Germany to adventures in South America there are endless stories filled with laughter. His wealth of knowledge and success as a real estate investor was priceless to many. He also liked making people's days better with little gestures, whether by buying flowers for the office staff at his doctors or taking people out to breakfast, all as an attempt to make someone's day a little better. He is survived by cousins and his beloved dog, Pablo. A Sharing of Memories Service will be held 11:30 am Sat. Feb. 9 in the Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W.
