Robert Mckane

Robert W. "Bob" McKane, 63, of Quakertown died Sunday, December 27th at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia. Born in Abington Twp., he was the son of the late John and Delores (Record) McKane. He was a woodworker for Roger E. Wright Furniture, Blooming Glen. He was member of the Coopersburg H.O.G. Chapter, the Limeport Athletic Association and the National Rifle Association. Surviving are his loving companion, Susan Wadsworth of Quakertown; son, Connor McKane of Quakertown; sister, Barbara Rysavy, husband Frank of Deerfield Beach, FL. Services will be Jan. 9, at 1:00PM at Zion Hill Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2966 Old Bethlehem Pike, Zion Hill, PA 18981. Immediately following there will be a Celebration of Bob's Life luncheon at Ridge and Valley Rod and Gun Club, 7600 Blue Church Road South, Coopersburg, PA 18036. Please bring a side dish or dessert if possible to share. We are asking everyone to please share a memory they have of Bob in writing as we will have a Memory Box at the service and luncheon so Connor and I will have these memories to cherish going forward.
