Robert Jones

Robert William Jones, age 80, passed Mon. July 27, 2020, at his home in Green Lane. Born Aug. 4, 1939, in Doylestown, Robert was the son of the late Howard F. and Sarah B. (Magill) Jones. He was the husband of the late Dorothy (Smith) Jones - who passed in 2009 - and the father of Tina (Jones) Kilpatrick, who passed in 2002. Robert was an avid hunter, fisherman, and gardener who enjoyed sports. He worked at Doylestown Hospital for 33 years. In his days of retirement, he relished in spending time with his grandchildren. Whether it be in the vegetable garden, going to baseball games, or simply coloring, Robert always cherished days with his family. Robert is survived by: daughter Kelly Irons (husband Christopher); Priscilla Solon (husband Matthew); 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and his niece Angel Cenite. Services were private at the request of the family.
