Robert Earl Ashby, age 93, of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 29, 2021 at his residence Independence Court. He was the husband of Dolores (Palm) Ashby, with whom he shared 74 years of marriage. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of Michael and Hilda (Bellmore) Ashby. He served our country in the United States Army during World War II. After his service, he worked for Moore Business Forms, Quakertown, PA, where he holds 13 Process Patents. He was there for 47 years. Earl, as he was known to his friends (Dad & Papa to his family), had a love of life, family, and friends. He spent many years enjoying the mountains in New York with family. He was a very creative and positive person, who was always looking for ways to make everyone's day better. His creativity produced many beautiful wood crafts, as well as creative items and enhancements to his beautiful home. Surviving are wife, Dolores, daughter Beth Bailey her husband Bruce, grandsons Jeffrey Goodin his wife Terri and David Goodin his wife Cindy. Great-Grandchildren Kayla, Gracie, Chip, and Kylee. He was predeceased by sons, Robert and Steven, sister, Elaine Wagner, and great-grandson Nikohles Goodin. Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Naugle Funeral and Cremation Service has been entrusted with his arrangements.
