RICHARD B. SIWAK, 62, of Quakertown, PA, died Tues. Nov. 3 in St. Luke's Quakertown Hospital. He was a phys ed teacher for over 20 years at Southern Lehigh School District. Born in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Joseph J. Sr. and Helen (Kurtz) Siwak. Surviving: daughter, Toni Siwak of Palmerton; brother, Joseph J. Jr. and wife Connie of Quakertown; nieces and nephews. Services will be held 11:00 am Friday, Nov. 6th in the Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral Home, 20 N. Ambler St., Quakertown. Viewing: 10-11 am Friday in the funeral home. Interment: Quakertown Union Cemetery.
