Reda Litzenberger

Reda Litzenberger, 85, of Quakertown, died on Tues., Feb. 14, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospice House, Bethlehem. She was the widow of Harold Litzenberger. Born in Bedminster, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Derstine) Leatherman. Reda was a member of Deep Run Mennonite Church West in Perkasie. She was a gentle soul who never asked for anything, and instead gave her whole heart to her family; and she had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren. Surviving are her daughters: Nancy Mohr, husband Dean; Gerri Litzenberger, husband Kelly Keating; Cindy Litzenberger, husband Ted Barton; Amy Greene, husband Michael; Beth Boling, husband Todd; grandchildren: Greg and Geoff Mohr; Spencer Litzenberger; Chase Keating; Lottie and Ben Barton; Brittany, Madison and Mitchell Greene; Cameron and Alex Hansley; great-grandchildren: MaKenna, Kelsey, Aiden and Everitt; and siblings: Wilson Leatherman, Marie Hange and Della Gross. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Sat., Feb. 18 in Deep Run Mennonite Church West, 1008 Deep Run Road, Perkasie. A calling hour will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment in Deep Run West Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
