Percival Crawford

Percival K. Crawford, 89, of Trevose, PA, has passed away on Tuesday, December 8th, 2015, at Pennsburg Manor, Pennsburg, PA. He was the loving husband of the late Mary F. (Briar) Crawford and was married for 50+ years. Percival, also known by close friends and family as "Percy" or "Buddha", was born in Cross Plains, TX and was the son of the late Bruce Leroy and Elizabeth (Logue) Crawford. Percy joined the Marines on March 24, 1944. He served in WWII and was wounded during the Iwo Jima invasion and was the recipient of the Purple Heart Award. He is survived by his sons, Keith Crawford and his wife, Karen, of Chalfont, PA; Wade Crawford and his wife, Sheryl, of Bristol, PA; his daughters, RuthAnn Seifert and her husband, Dave, of Quakertown, PA; Linda Filoon of Royal Palm Beach, FL, who is predeceased by her husband, Paul. Percy was so very proud of his grandchildren; Rory Crawford, Ryan Crawford and Colin Crawford of Chalfont, PA; Dustyn Seifert and Dalton Seifert of Quakertown, PA; and Jared Lee-Crawford of Bristol, PA. He was predeceased by his grandson, Cole Jesse Lee-Crawford of Bristol, PA. Percival has many wonderful surviving family in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as, many extended family members throughout the country. Services are private at the convenience of the family.
