Pearl P. Orban, age 96, of Riegelsville, died Sunday, December 20, 2020, at her residence in The Community at Rockhill, Sellersville. She was the widow of the late Paul P. Orban, who preceded her in passing in 1998. Born June 14, 1924, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Jenny (Perinotto) Petrobon and Edwin Valentine Petrobon. After waitressing at Trainers Restaurant in Quakertown while raising her three daughters, Pearl and her family managed Marlin Lake in Hellertown. She completed nursing school in mid-life and worked for several years in the home healthcare industry. Later, she became dedicated to her work in food services at Lehigh University. Pearl loved to read, enjoyed bowling in an Allentown league, appreciated a competitive marathon of gin rummy, always found a way to accommodate drop in dinner guests and loved to travel. Pearl will be remembered for her resilience, strong work ethic, courage, curiosity, creativity, and fun-loving nature. Pearl is survived by her daughters Joan Carney, Aria Tuki, and Diane Orban, all currently living in Maine. At Pearl's request, services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Pearl's honor to a charity of your choice. To sign the online guestbook, visit www.NaugleFCS.com.
