Nancy L. Philbin, 75, of Lehighton, previously of Quakertown, died Fri. Feb. 3 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the loving wife of John J. Philbin for the past 49 years. She worked as a solder for the former Thyrocom, Telford, for over 9 years before retiring. Previously, she was a supervisor for the former Tuttleman Mfg., Quakertown for many years. Born in Lehighton, she was a daughter of the late Vincent Geary and Marguerite "Peggy" (Trainer) Geary Gerhab. She was a former member of the First United Church of Christ, Quakertown. Surviving with her husband, daughters, Vicky Schowe, husband Carlton, Wilmington, DE & Stephanie Weaver, husband Mark, Lehighton, grandchildren, Heather & Devan Schowe, Mick & Jena Weaver, brothers Ronald Geary , wife Carol, Bethlehem, Bruce Geary, wife Cheryl, Allentown, and sister Pam Hoates, husband Edward, Lehighton. She was predeceased by granddaughter Brianna Godshall and step-father, Donald K. Gerhab. Funeral services will be held Tues., Feb. 7, 11:30 AM at the Jeffrey A.
