Mildred Bailey

Mildred B. 'Millie' Bailey, 79, Quakertown, died Friday July 23 in Phoebe-Richland Health Care Center, Richlandtown. She was the widow of Harold E. Bailey. She worked as personal housekeeper for a number of years following the death of her husband in 1981 and then worked for over 10 years as a dishwasher for Sine's 5 & 10, Quakertown before retiring in 2007. Born in Quakertown, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Alice (Boyer) Benson. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Quakertown. Millie graduated form Quakertown High School with the Class of 1948. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Yoder, husband Dean, Harleysville, son, Bruce, wife Beth , Mohrsville, granddaughter Julia Yoder, and sisters Martine Wark, Doylestown and Letitia 'Ticky" Derr, Telford. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Thursday, July 29, in the Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown, Pa 18951.
