Michael Kollar, Sr. of Trumbauersville, died Friday, January 18 in Grand View Hospital. He was the husband of the late Evelyn (Stoudt) Kollar. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Adam and Susan (Kumpar) Kollar. Michael served with the US Navy during World War II. He worked for many years for the former Murlin Manufacturing Co., Quakertown. He was a member of the United Steel workers Union local. Surviving are his sons, Michael, Jr., Charles "Chuck", wife Patricia, Dennis, wife Katherine; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Friday, January 25 in the Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown. Family & friends are invited to call at the funeral home Thursday evening, January 24 7 - 9 pm. Interment will be in Quakertown Union Cemetery. www.nauglefcs.com
