Marion Unangst

Marion I. Unangst, 92, of Topton, previously of Wescoesville, Durham Twp. died Sunday, January 31st in Lutheran Home at Topton. She was the wife of Paul J. Unangst. They celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on December 9th. Born in Fountain Hill, she was a daughter of the late William Frey and Stella (Unangst) Frey Rufe. She was a LPN for various nursing homes and worked private duty in the area. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Topton. Surviving with husband, son, Dave and wife Mary Ann of Lititz; daughter, Kathy of Sykesville, MD; grandchildren, Brian Unangst and wife Heather, Julie Perkowski and husband Jason; great-grandchildren, Erin, Kristen, Katelyn, Allison Unangst; sister, Helen Miller of Springtown. She was predeceased by sister, Nettie Heffentrager and brother, Kenneth Frey. Service will be held 11:00 am Thursday, Feb. 4 at Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral Home, 20 N. Ambler St., Quakertown.
