Marie Iannaccone

Marie Iannaccone, 91, passed away on October 29th, 2022, in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Michele Meglio and the late Angelina (Amato) Meglio. She was predeceased by her husband, Michael Iannaccone, with whom she shared 55 years of marriage.

Marie was a social butterfly who was loved by everyone she met. She loved to tell jokes, be silly, make people laugh and loved having her home full of people.  Marie was only 4’6" but that never stopped her from speaking her mind or having the mouth of a sailor. In her free time, she enjoyed watching the New York Yankees, crocheting, doing puzzles, reading, playing bingo, playing computer games cooking and spending time with family. Her career and passion was being a mother. She was loving, giving and caring. She was a Roman Catholic and loved to spend time praying. Her patron saint was Padre Pio and the Holy Blessed Mother Mary.

Marie will be missed by her daughter, Michelle Mayer and her husband Keith, her grandchild, Joe Mayer and Kaitlyn Kellogg. She was also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren in Florida.  In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her son, Gene Iannaccone; and two siblings, Angelo Meglio and Katherine Murtha.

You are invited to visit Marie’s family and friends for Visitation on Wednesday, November 9th, 2022, from 12:00 ~ 1:00PM, followed by a Memorial Service from 1:00 ~ 2:00PM at Naugle Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ltd. 135 W.
