Margaret Harlow

Margaret Elsie (Waltemyer) "Peggy" Harlow, age 81, died Saturday, September 21, 2019, at her sister's home in Northampton, PA. Born September 20, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Ruth (Lawrence) Waltemyer, and the wife of Robert S. Harlow, Sr., to whom she was married 49 years at the time of her passing. Margaret attended Roxborough High School, and worked as a Support Manager for the Quakertown Walmart, where she worked for 25 years. Prior to working through the ranks at Walmart, she worked hard to support her family working various jobs through the years. She spent a majority of her working career at AM Cable and ATS Communications as an administrative assistant. She enjoyed working at all of her jobs throughout the years while supporting her family at the same time. In addition to her husband, Margaret is survived by: sons Richard Nawn, Jeffrey Harlow, and Robert Harlow, Jr.; daughters Jean Marie Anthony, Catherine Nawn, Colleen Nawn, and Vicky Harlow; sister Jean Waltemyer; 14 beloved grandchildren; and 6 beloved great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Margaret's name to the American Cancer Society at 3893 Adler Place #170, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
