Louis Garey

Louis J. Garey, Jr., 77, of Springtown, died Wed. Jan. 16 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Kingston, PA, he was a son of the late Louis J. Sr., and Elizabeth (Zaher) Garey. He was a member of the first graduating class of Palisades HS in 1953. He worked as a machinist with Del Bar Products for over 30 years before retiring in 1997. He was a charter member of Silver Creek Athletic Association and a member of Vintage Chevrolet Club of America. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed NASCAR and antique cars. Surviving: son, Thomas L., wife Patricia, Kintnersville; daughter, Joanne Snyder, Quakertown; brother Kenneth, wife Gail, Springtown; grandsons Michael T., Robert A. and John T. Garey, all of Kintnersville; Nephew and Niece, Garrett and Kellan Garey. Predeceased in death by son-in-law, Gregory A. Snyder. Call 7-8:30 pm, Mon. Jan 21, in Jeffrey A.
