Louis G. Engelmann, 93, of Perkasie, died Thurs, March 8, 2012 at St. Luke's Hospice House, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Marian (Funk) Engelmann, with whom he had celebrated 70 years of marriage on Dec. 30, 2011. Born in Perkasie, he was a son of the late Charles and May (Foley) Engelmann. Louis served in the US Army during World War II. He was a member of Peace Tohickon Lutheran Church, and the National Rifle Association. He was self-employed as a mason for many years, and has his touch on many different buildings in the area. Surviving with wife, sons: Garry, wife Julia, Perkasie; Louis G., Jr., wife Louise, Bethlehem; grandchildren: Tara, Shane, Shelbi, Jennifer and Flint; great-grandchildren: Erica and Ryann; daughter-in-law: Theresa, Macungie.
