Leroy S. "Mike" Sacks, 74, of Coopersburg, PA., died Sun., Nov. 22nd in his home. He was the husband of Janet N. (Crowther) Sacks. They celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary on August 19th. Mike was a loving man who showed great love for his family and friends. He graciously endured numerous health challenges and received wonderful care and support from his doctors, nurses, St. Luke's Hospital and hospice staff. Born in Quakertown, he was the son of the late Leroy S. and Dorothy (Frey) Sacks. He was a machine operator for the U.S. Gauge, Division of Ametek, Inc, Sellersville for over 25 years before retiring in 1978. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Richlandtown, a veteran of the U.S. Army, a devoted fan of the Phillies, Eagles and Penn State. Surviving: wife, son, Michael L. and wife Vicki; daughter, Jamie L. Hubner and husband Phillip all of Coopersburg; granddaughters, Shelby and Allison; sister, Jeanette Bustard of Lansdale. He was predeceased by sister, Shirley Hartman. Services will be held 11:00 am Wed, Nov. 25 in the Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral Home, 20 N. Ambler St., Quakertown, PA.
