Kenneth Peacock

Kenneth R. Peacock, 81, of Quakertown, formerly of Hilltown, died Sun. Aug. 31st at Hospice House of the VNA, St. Luke's, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Violet (Yates) Simmler-Peacock and the late Marion (Roy) Peacock. He was an owner/operator truck driver for many years. Born in Abington Twp., he was a son of the late Walter and Myrtle (Pennypacker) Peacock. He was a member of the Hilltown German Club and the Keelersville Club, Perkasie, for many years. Surviving with his wife are daughters, Linda Winters, of Quakertown and Andrea Winters, of Sellersville; son, Kenneth Jr., wife Karen, of Hilltown; stepdaughters, Tammy Simpson, husband Michael and Kate Steiert, husband Joe; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister, Lorraine Crouthamel and a brother, Parker Peacock. A gathering of family and friends will be held 6-8:00 PM, Thu. Sept 4th at the Hilltown German Club, 1622 Hilltown Pike, Hilltown, PA 18944. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Upper Bucks SPCA, 60 Reservoir Rd., Quakertown, PA 18951. Jeffrey A.
