Kenneth Kratz

d. January 1, 2013

Kenneth M. Kratz, 82 of Harleysville died, Aug. 8 in the Grandview Hospital, Sellersville. He was the husband of the late Joyce L. (Souder) Kratz. Born in Telford, he was a son of the late Harvey and Edna (Moyer) Kratz. He worked as a self-employed painter for many years joining a union in 1980. Ken was a loving example to everyone he knew, always having big hugs, smiles, and encouragement for all he met. He was full of life and took great delight in children, making sure he had candy or a kind word for them. The doors of his heart and home were open to all in need. Ken was an avid bowler who participated in leagues at Earl Bowl in Morwood, PA. Recently, he was able to bowl with a couple of his great grandchildren, giving them pointers and inspiration in the sport. Ken enjoyed singing hymns and praying with his best friend, Don Kramer, fishing, and the Phillies. Most of all, Ken loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and his greatest wish is that everyone would come to know and love Him as well.
