Kennedy Lyn Weaver-DeFrancesco, infant daughter of Lisa Defrancesco and James E. Weaver, was physically presented to her parents and family while resting safely in the arms of Jesus on Wed., April 3 at Grand View Hospital, Sellersville. She was the maternal granddaughter of David & Bonnie DeFrancesco and the paternal granddaughter of Edward and MaryAnn Weaver. Interment will be in St. Isidore's Cemetery. Services are private. Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, Quakertown is assisting the family.
