Joseph Hogan

Joseph Hogan, 82, of Perkasie, PA passed away Monday, April 30 at LifeQuest Nursing Center, Quakertown. He was the loving husband of Mary Ann (Vernovage) Hogan for 55 years. Surviving with Mary Ann are their children: Joseph Hogan and wife Stephanie of Halifax; John Hogan of Horsham and Leslie Hogan of Perkasie; grandchildren, Emily Hogan and Matthew Hogan. Born in Jersey City, NJ, he was a son of the late William and Margaret (Gilmartin) Hogan. He was also predeceased by his sister Claire (Makely) and brothers James and William. Joe was a veteran of the US Navy and served during the Korean War. A memorial will be held in late May or early June for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association: 617 Main St. A, Hellertown, PA 18055.
