Joseph Clark

d. January 1, 2011

Joseph "Rudy" Clark of Bedminster, Pennsylvania, died Thursday evening, October 27, 2011 at the age of 74. Rudy was a member of the Bucks County business community for more than forty years. He owned Rudy's Auto Parts, Rudy's Storage, J.R. Clark Disposal, and Clark-Carroll Auto Body in Warminster. Many people knew Rudy because of his characteristic smile and easy-going spirit. He was a man with a generous heart who found many ways to help others. His hobbies and talents included building custom cars and restoring antique automobiles. Rudy could be found every spring and fall at the auto flea markets at Hershey and Carlisle where he was an original vendor. He held memberships in the AACA, the Street Rod Association, the ACD Club, and the T-Bird Club all of which kept him in touch with his love of cars and people. He enjoyed attending flea markets and auctions to add to his extensive collection of automotive memorabilia and antique toys. Rudy always gave his unconditional love and his easy smile to Nancy, his wife of twenty-four years. Rudy was the son of Agnes Froggatt Clark of Naples, Florida and the late Joseph R. Clark Sr. He was the loving father of Patricia Clark, Debra Como, Michael Clark and Jeffrey Clark. Rudy loved his ten grandchildren - Jennifer, Joshua, Jonathan, Brian, Alex, Nicole, Karli, Shawn, Brian and Tommy. He also had five great-grandchildren. Rudy's life was endowed by an incredible list of friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of Clare Bridge of Dublin, and Belle Haven of Quakertown for their loving and respectful care of Rudy. A Celebration of Rudy's Life will be held on Sunday, Nov. 20 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pennridge Community Senior Center, 146 Rt. 113 (Rt. 113 & Rt. 152), Silverdale, PA. The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations in Rudy's name be sent to the Bedminster Regional Land Conservancy, P.O. Box 208, Bedminster, PA 18910.
