John Sabolcik Jr.

John J. "J.J." Sabolcik, Jr., 68, of Coopersburg, formerly of Bensalem, died Thur. Dec. 28 in his home. He was the husband of Laurette (South) Sabolcik. Born in Bristol Twp., he was the son of the late John J., SR. and Mary (Frizth) Sabolcik. He was a damage appraiser for insurance claims for many years before retiring. He was a former member of St. Ephrem's Catholic Church, Bensalem and a member of St. Isidore's Catholic Church, Quakertown and the Cardinal Stritch Council, K of C. He was an active member for over 30 years with Station 44, Newport Fire Co., Bensalem where he was a past president and former fire captain. Surviving with his wife are a son, J. David "Dave", wife Connie, of Bensalem; grandchildren Rachel, Melissa, & Kage; & great-grandson Jace. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Fri. Jan 5, 12:15 PM in St. Ephrem's Catholic Church, Bensalem with a calling hour preceding from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM. Interment in Resurrection Cemetery.
