John Cardacin

John Cardacin of Dublin, PA peacefully passed on Mon. Feb. 15th at the age of 53, surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was the beloved husband of Melinda Booz Cardacin for 28 years. Born in Trenton, NJ, John was the son of the late Walter Dennish, David Cardacin, and Margaret Kovacs Cardacin. In addition to his parents, his brother Richard, his niece Erica, and his nephew Nicholas precede him in death. John proudly worked as a foreman for the Iron Workers Union Local 68, in Trenton, NJ for 34 years. In addition, for the past 13 years John has coached soccer at the Ukrainian Nationals Soccer Club, as well as Deep Run Valley Sports Association where he acted as a player development coordinator. John will be profoundly missed by his son and daughter, DJ and Maura Cardacin, as well as by his brother and five sisters, Jim Cardacin, Barbara Paternoster, Patricia Guzikowski, Linda Velez, Kimberlee Cardacin, Marianne Cardacin-Stamper, and extended family. Services will be held at 1:00 PM, on Sat. March 5th at Morning Star Fellowship, 429 S. 9th St., Quakertown, PA 18951. A calling hour will precede the service from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
