Jean Cooper

Jean E. Cooper, 73, of Quakertown, previously of Coopersburg died Mon., Dec. 20th at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. She was married to Harold E. Cooper Jr. They celebrated their 54th anniversary in November. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Althea (Marsteller) Neith. She worked in housekeeping at Valley Manor Nursing Home, Coopersburg for 18 years before retiring. Previously, she was a machine operator for the former Horvath Knitting Mills, Coopersburg. Surviving with her husband, sisters, Judith Rehrig and husband Robert of Easton, Cathy Knapp of Wilmington, DE, Pat Ledman and Clair Singer both of CA, Debbie Swanson of TN; brother, John Horvath of Easton; nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law, Leonard Cooper and wife Mary Ellen of Quakertown; Donald Cooper and wife Dorothea of E. Greenville. Memorial service will be held 1:30 pm Wed., Dec. 29 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Zion Hill, PA Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W.
