James Marvin Refsnider, 90, of Quakertown, died Sat. Nov 16 at Lifequest Nursing Center, Milford Twp. He was the husband of the late Beatrice (Snyder) Refsnider. Born in Richlandtown, he was the son of the late Norman & Mary (Texter) Refsnider. He served in the Navy during WWII and participated in the Normandy invasion. He was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, Richlandtown, where he served on the church council and property committee. For many years he worked as a carpenter and was a former chief of the Richlandtown Fire Company. He was member of the Richlandtown, Milford Twp., and Quakertown Lion Clubs. Surviving: Sons: James, wife Nancy; Dennis, wife Ruth; Edward, wife Linda; 10 Grandchildren; 29 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandchild. He was predeceased by Brothers, R. Leon and N. Webster, and Step Brother, Wilbur. Services: 11:00, Thurs. Nov. 21st, at St. John's Lutheran Church, 4 S. Main St., Richlandtown. Call: 6-8, Wed. Nov. 20th, at Jeffrey A.
