Jacqueline (Brescia) Bahniuk, age 77, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2019, at the Community at Rockhill Rehabilitation Center in Sellersville. Born February 4, 1942 in Philadelphia, she was the wife of the late Joseph S. Bahniuk Sr. She was the daughter of the late Michael Brescia and Ethel (Auslander) Woods. Jacqueline worked as a bookkeeper for several firms, including Central Sprinkler. She graduated from Lansdale School of Business with her business degree and wore it proudly. She loved spending her time with her animals- her dogs: Sugar and Sadie, and her newly acquired cat, Cotton. She enjoyed crocheting and watching movies. In her younger years she enjoyed gardening and canned what she harvested and looked forward to the yearly summer family picnic when everyone would come to her house. She was a kind-hearted woman who will be missed dearly. Jacqueline is survived by: daughter Monique Diehl (husband Dan); sons Joseph S. Bahniuk, Jr. (wife Theresa), James McDonald (wife Tanya), and Michael McDonald (wife Deborah); 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister Diane McQuillan (husband Michael); and brother Michael Brescia (wife Candace). A gathering time will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 6, at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd, Quakertown. Interment will be private and at the discretion of the family.
