Helen J. Egan, 83, formerly of Bucks Co., died Thurs., April 26 in Allentown. Born in Phila, she was a daughter of the late Samuel & Julia (Wnenk) Lachewitz. For 50 years she owned & operated the former Bill's Tavern, Quakertown, now the PreGame. She is survived by daughter, Nance Haas (Lester), son William F. (Gail), grandchildren William, Christian, Elyse, Nicholas, Amanda, Rebecca, great-grandchildren Justin, Charlie, Caroline, Julia, Fisher, and Cote. She was predeceased by 29 year companion Ralph Eichlin. Services: 12 Noon Tues May 1, Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W.
