Harvey H. Hartman Jr., 83 of Quakertown, died Sat. June 27th at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. He was the husband of Betty (Trautman) Hartman for 64 years. He was a son of the late Harvey and Florence (Shelly) Hartman. He graduated from Quakertown High School, Class of 1949 and Pierce Jr. Business College. He proudly served his country having been stationed in Korea during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 245, Sellersville and the American Legion Post 242, Quakertown. He worked as a draftsman for the former W.M. Moyer Co., Quakertown for 37 years. After retiring, he worked as a courier for Quakertown National Bank. He was a member of First United Church of Christ, Quakertown. Surviving with his wife are sons, John of Allentown and Thomas, wife Traci of Jamison; granddaughters, Chelsey, Katie and Hannah; brother Joseph Hartman, wife Marcy; sister in law, Shirley Long, husband Robert; and nieces and nephews. Services will be held 11:00 AM Thurs. July 2nd at Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown. Calling from 9:30-11:00 AM at the funeral home.
