Harold Gilje

Harold B. Gilje, 70 of Pennsburg died Wednesday, February 29 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Judith "Judi"(Jancsar) Gilje to whom he was married for almost 28 years He worked for L3, formerly The Aydin Group, in Montgomery Co. as an electrical engineer for over 20 years in various executive positions before retiring in 2004. Previously he worked for Kolice & Soffa Born in Brooklyn, NY he was the son of the late Bertel and Edna (Michelsen) Gilje. Mr. Gilje was a graduate of Brooklyn Tech, class of 1959 and received a BS in engineering from CCNY in 1964 and a Masters from Drexel University Surviving with his wife: daughters: Betsey Walsh, husband Jack, Doylestown, Barbara Greenberg, husband John, Chalfont, Krista Gilje, Towamencin, Marcia Miller, husband Brent, Pipersville, sister: Joan Gilje, North Wales, grandchildren: Jack, Eric, Brittney, Amanda, Sydney, Paige Services will be 11:00 am Monday, March 5 in Jeffrey A.
