Granville "Skip" Arden Link

Granville “Skip” Arden Link, 85, of Zionsville, PA, passed away on March 9th, 2025. Born in Quakertown, PA, Skip was the son of the late Granville M. Link and the late Thelma N. (Wright) Link.

After Skip graduated from High School, he went on to enlist in the United States Army at the age of 18, where he proudly served his country.

After his military service, Skip married the love of his life, Dottie, and together they built a family full of love and support. Skip was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, always prioritizing his family above all else.

Skip was the owner and operator of Link Beverages, where his hard work and dedication helped him build a lasting legacy in the community. Outside of work, Skip had a variety of passions, including reading the daily Bible verses, always seeking to better himself and deepen his faith. He enjoyed spending time with family at their cottage house in Fort Myers, FL. Skip was a proud board member for QNB for a couple years.

Skip had a quiet strength, a gentle sense of humor, and a deep commitment to his family, his faith, and his work. He enjoyed watching the stock market and had a keen interest in money management, always eager to learn and share his knowledge with those around him.

Skip will be dearly missed by his wife of 65 years, Dottie; his children, Wendy (Bryan) Williams and Dorie (Robert) Ward; his grandchildren, Bryce (Amanda) Williams, Benjamin Williams, Jill Walker, Colby (Valentina) Thatcher, and Molly (David) Castellio; and his great-grandchildren, Ambry Williams, Bryson Williams, Corwin Williams, Deanna Castellio, Sophia Castellio, Elias Thatcher, Gianna Thatcher, and Josephine Williams.

In addition to his parents, Skip is predeceased by his brothers, Charlie Esten and Jay Link. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.

A private service will be held to honor Skip’s life and legacy.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Skip’s name to Serenity Hospice, Quakertown Christian School Endowment, Crossroads Pregnancy Center, Adult Life Inc., Everlasting Life Ministries, Young Life in Upper Bucks.

All arrangements are made by Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, Ltd., 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown, PA 18951. (215-536-3343)
