Grace Barry

Grace M. Barry, 94, of Quakertown, died Fri. Dec. 25th at her home. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. Barry. Grace and her family enjoyed spending summers at their cottage at Page Lake in Susquehanna County, PA. She and her husband Joe loved fishing, playing cards with relatives and friends, along with pitching quoits. Grace had a keen knowledge of how everything functioned around a house, a skill learned by being Joe's right hand helper. She devoted herself to taking care of her family, especially her daughter, Joanna, who lived with her, and passed away in October. The family traveled extensively in their camper and Grace was particularly intrigued by the beauty of the Canadian Rockies. She was predeceased by her husband; daughter, Joanna K. Barry; stepson, Joseph W. Barry; and sisters Blanche Clauss and Ruth Beaver. Services are private.
