Frank Edward Chapman, 84 Perkasie, formerly of Chicago, IL died Sunday, Mar 6 in Grand View Hospital, Sellersville. He was the husband of the late Lucille (Maniscalco) Chapman He worked as a fire protection engineer for the former James W. Nolan Co and the Peerless Pump Co, both in Chicago, IL for many years before retiring Born in Chicago IL, he was the son of the late C. Emory and Gunhild (Tollstam) Chapman. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Spinnerstown. He was an endowment member of the NRA, a retired member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers, a life member of the IL State Rifle Assn. and participated in other rifle and sportsman associations. He served with the US Army as an MP during WWII. Surviving are sons, Rev. Paul E. and his wife Rev. Lynette R. , Perkasie, Dr. Mark E., Columbia, SC; sister, Helen Nelson and husband Bruce Ludington, MI and granddaughter Raylynn Chapman A Memorial Service will be 11:00am Thurs.
