Eva Molin

Eva Molin (nee Chromiak), age 94, died Monday, January 21, 2019 at Phoebe Richland Nursing Home in Richlandtown. Born December 1, 1924 in Schwenksville, she was the daughter of the late Stephen Charles and Eva (Kuchner) Chromiak, and the widow of first husband Kenneth Fluck, and second husband William Molin. Eva was a devout and active member of many churches, including United Methodist Church in Effort, and Flatland Mennonite church in Quakertown. She started out employed as a seamstress, but moved on to waitressing at various Quakertown-area restaurants, including John's Plain & Fancy Diner, The Quakertown Diner, and the former Meyer's Restaurant. Ken and Eva retired to Effort, PA in 1985. In her free time she enjoyed taking cross-country road trips with her husband Ken when he worked as a truck driver for JG Furniture, as well as sewing, knitting, gardening, and spending time with her beloved family. Eva is survived by: son Ken Fluck (wife Diana), son Stephen Fluck (wife Barbara), son William Fluck (wife Kathryn), daughter Lisa Johnson (husband Scott), son David Fluck (girlfriend Sue); grandchildren Mike, Michelle, Steve, Stacey, Val, Steph, Michael, Sherry, Gary, and Terry; and 10 beloved great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husbands, she is preceded in death by: son Gary Fluck; great-grandchild Brandon Moyer; brother Michael; and sisters Anna, Dorothy, Pearl, and Ethel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 28, 2019, at Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Rd., Quakertown, with the Reverend Tyler Rasmussen officiating. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 AM until the time of services. Burial will follow the service at Quakertown Union Cemetery.
