Elmer Spear

Elmer Spear, 97, of Quakertown, died Sat., June 11 at Valley Manor Nursing Home, Coopersburg, PA. He was the husband of the late Carrie H. (Maugle) Spear. He was a sheet metal fabricator for the former Bucksco, Trumbauersville for a number of years before retiring. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Quakertown and the Forrest Lodge VFW for over 50 years. He served with the U.S. Army during WW II in Europe. Surviving: son, Roger, wife Kathy of Quakertown; grandsons, Ryan, wife Patti; Richard, wife Anna; great-grandchildren, Alexander, Benjamin, Reece, Ava. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Fri.
