Elaine Afflerbach

Elaine C. Afflerbach, 87, of Quakertown, died Monday, Feb. 21 in Hospice House of St. Luke's. She was the wife of Joseph Afflerbach. They celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on December 25th. Born in Zion Hill, PA she was the daughter of the late Earl and Eva (Stauffer) Trumbower. She worked at the former Moore Business Forms, Quakertown as a layout worker for 20 years until retiring in 1986. Elaine loved spending time with her grandson and his family. She also enjoyed quilting, crocheting, knitting and was a great reader. Surviving with husband, son, Alan, Quakertown; daughter, Lana Kline, husband Thomas, Coopersburg; grandson, Christopher; great-grandchildren, Kylie and Averi; brothers, Henry, FL, Earl, NY; sisters, Janice Hinkle, Telford, Anna Mae Gutshall, Quakertown, Mary Ellen Miller, husband Robert, FL, Nina Jelley, husband William, NJ. Services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, Feb. 25th at Jeffrey A. Naugle Funeral & Cremation Service, 135 W. Pumping Station Road, Quakertown.
